PAYMENT

I accept Etsy Payment, PayPal, Debit and Credit Cards in our Impact Expressions and Engravers DungeonUS Etsy shops.

Please note: Items will be shipped only after payment has cleared.
If you are having trouble processing your payment, please contact me at info@impactexpressions.com and I will be happy to help you through the process!

SHIPPING

Shipping is available via the US Postal Service, UPS, and Federal Express services. Price for shipping is a function of package size, weight, and class of shipping service selected.

Please allow 3-5 days for shipping. For custom orders I will keep you updated throughout the process as to your item’s estimated ship date.

All orders are shipped with tracking code and insurance, except USPS First Class mail, which does not have extra insurance unless you select that option.

Please note, international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or VAT (Value Added Tax) fees that may arise. Customs duties and VAT fees are wholly separate from shipping costs and cannot be predicted, altered or payed by the seller. Please be aware of your country’s tax policies before ordering.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to return an item please contact me immediately at info@impactexpressions.com.

We have a 10 day return policy that begins once the item(s) has(ve) been received by you.
All items are sent out in perfect condition and packed well and must be returned in the same condition. After we receive the item you’ll get a full refund.

Custom orders:

There are no refunds on custom pieces, (including the posters with custom messages, unless it is our mistake). Please remember, that if you are not satisfied with the item you received, write to us and we will do our best to find a “win-win” solution as soon as possible.

Refund policy applies to only non-custom made items.
